A peaceful first floor flat located in a typically English rural village with outstanding views and sunsets across the Devonshire countryside.

This one bed flat comes complete with all the essentials for self catering and offers a great base for exploring the 3 counties on its doorstep.

Lyme Regis is a 15 minute drive away with its fossil hunting beaches and delicious eateries.
There are plenty of walks in and around the area, or scenic areas to just stop, unwind and soak in the views.

The space
High View is a sweet one bedroom flat that consists of the following:

Lounge/Kitchen - The kitchen comes complete with an induction hob, oven, microwave fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, steamer and various cookware.

The lounge area has two comfortable leather chairs (with footstools), a coffee table and a dining table.
The TV has Freeview and also comes with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also a DVD player and a selection of DVD's (or please feel free to bring your own).

The bedroom has a king size bed, which can be split into two singles (if preferred), bedside cabinets (with nearby USB sockets), a dressing table complete with LED vanity mirror and stool, hairdryer, a fitted wardrobe, shelving and a padded bench with storage.

The bathroom has a toilet, basin, shower cubicle and a separate bath.

In the hallway, there is a storage closet for hanging your coats, a shoe rack, an ironing board, iron and a supply of board games, cards and jigsaws.

PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom, lounge and closet all have restricted headroom.

One of most spectacular things about this flat is the view and the sunsets. Come and see for yourself!

Guests have their own entrance to the property, which is down a shallow ramp adjacent to the property. This ramp leads straight into a set of double doors and a small lobby area.
