We arrived early on a wet day and the staff were great! It was to early to check in but they dropped us at a dry café, gave us umbrellas and a phone for later. Once we could check in we got welcomed at reception with a drink and snack then shown to our room. We had the Naruto room which was absolutely amazing! Decoration, amenities and comfort of it were perfect, plus the exclusive merch and tickets included to the Naruto village and light shows. We also had traditional meals as part of the bundle which were a piece of artwork in themselves. brilliant stay and will be back!

Absolutely amazing experience! We stayed in the Naruto theme room and the hut was designed so well! Our stay was fantastic! The staff were so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. It was perfect for a Naruto fan. The included dinner and breakfast were a dining experience that was beautiful and elegant. They went out of their way to make Soba for my son who doesn’t eat seafood. Perfect trip.

Grand Chariot: Hospitality Meets Serenity
Staying at Grand Chariot was a highlight of our first trip to Japan during January 2024. Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of Awaji's nature, this place truly felt like a serene escape. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional staff. Attentive, professional, and kind, they made us feel right at home. Grand Chariot was very English-friendly, ensuring smooth communication and making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We were even graciously driven around, further enhancing our exploration of the area. The culinary experience at Grand Chariot, dinner and breakfast, was a true delight. The fancy and delicious high-end Japanese cuisine, made from local ingredients of Awaji, was something we won't forget. Our accommodations in the clean and meticulously curated rooms were nothing short of splendid. We had the privilege of staying in the Hokage room, which was adorned with Naruto-themed decor and even came with free Naruto gifts – a treat for any fan. The relaxing bath made of cypress wood added a touch of luxury and tranquility to our evenings. Overall, our stay at Grand Chariot was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional staff, exquisite cuisine, and the idyllic surroundings. We can't wait to return and relive these cherished memories.

I loved my stay at the Grand Chariot! As a huge Hello Kitty fan, I stayed in one of the Hello Kitty themed rooms. The room was adorably decorated and I got free exclusive Hello Kitty merch too. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious and the staff were super friendly and professional. The reservation also came with admission to both Hello Kitty Smile and Hello Kitty Apple House attractions nearby where I received more exclusive merch. My only complaint was driving to the resort. Do not follow Google Maps on where to park. It led us to a remote area and we had to call Grand Chariot to figure out where to park. You’ll want to park in Parking Lot F of Nijigen no Mori Park for Grand Chariot staff to pick you up if arriving by car like we did! Better signs and communication about this could be provided on their website about this.

The service was out of this world. They drive you everywhere around the park and even in the park itself they treat you like royalty for being a guest of the hotel. The guy at dinner was fantastic even talking to us about the star we were currently looking at, it was a lovely experience overall. The room was also super big and comfortable, definitely worth every penny spent.

The service is outstanding! We stayed at the Naruto villa. The park is great,the rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. The parks and attractions are the cherry on top. Oh and I almost forgot the view! Great place to stay. Godzilla zip ride and Naruto are fun. Highly recommend.
