Missing Key details

The Place was fine, but this is not a rental "by owner". They were supposed to have parking passes for us, a key to a ski storage area, and we would have liked to extend our stay. There was no one to talk to. Vacasa property management is in Portland OR and their customer service has no idea about the local property (Beaver Creek, CO). I don't like that VRBO is listing a rental that is run by a large property management company and not the owner.
