Convenience is key!! Across the street is the Beaver Creek Resort Bear Lot where you can take the bus and be skiing within minutes. Buses to Vail (15-20 min) and Avon Town Center (2min) also available; where you can find great restaurants and shopping.

It was very a very warm three weeks with no air conditioning or fans. Learned it was on the third floor with no elevator when we arrive. My husband is 80 & I’m 76.

Wonderful place with everything
We had a great time here. Nice clean accomodations. Ceiling fans in all the right places, updated bathrooms and kitchen, big screen TV. Clear communication with our host. In a part of the state where rentals of any kind are pretty steep, this place presented tremendous value and fine quality. We would come back here in an instant.

Cozy and cute
Condo is updated and very nice and had everything you need in the kitchen and bath. Bed was comfortable. If there is any negative, it’s on the 3rd story and stays very warm in the evening. But would definitely stay again! Thank You!

OVERALL VERY SATISFIED. MORE STEPS THAN AVERAGE FOR THE PROPERTY CONDOS. TWO SHOWERS, NO TUB. FRONT DOOR ENTRY LOCK IS NOT COMMON.
