Welcome to what we hope will become your home during your stay in Ávila. We have lovingly prepared this special place to make you feel comfortable and to ensure you enjoy the city to the fullest.

The apartment is located in an old building, recently renovated, on the most iconic street in Ávila. What makes this space unique are its six balconies, all offering pleasant views of the street, with one of them overlooking the magnificent Cathedral. Imagine enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while admiring this architectural wonder. The location is perfect for those who want to be in the center of the action, as we are in a pedestrian area that every tourist visits during their tour of the city.

The apartment is spacious, with rooms that invite you to relax after a day of exploring. The air conditioning is designed to keep you comfortable whether you’re visiting in summer or winter. The kitchen is fully equipped because we understand that sometimes you just want to stay in and cook something simple or even try out a local recipe.

It's located on the first floor and does not have an elevator. We know this might be an inconvenience, but we like to think that climbing those stairs is part of the experience of staying in a historic building.
