Did not stay due to the unacceptable room. It did not meet the standard and we have requested a refund. Small, out dated and sparse. Was previously staff accommodation. Would not recommend this hotel

The location was good , the staff were extremely busy but helpful. The rooms are very worn and are in desperate need of modernization. The pillows were flat are pointless . The bathroom was so old fashioned. Unfortunately i won't be staying again .

The hotel has the potential to be good but the lack of staff and investment make it fall short. The pool was shut because they didn’t have staff, bars/food service shortened because of staff, no late check out because not enough staff. The beds were uncomfortable and that’s from someone who can sleep anywhere with no issues. I feel sorry for the staff still there as for most customers it was a bit of a joke but for the rest it is irritating staying in a family hotel you can’t even get a swim in when that was a large reason to book (my only filter was a hotel with a pool).

Great Hotel
This hotel was really good and had plenty of parking. The staff was very polite and the rooms were a good size. Thrre was plenty to do around the hotel with good choice of places to eat and had very good evening entertainment.

Although we were there for a couple of days, it was a very pleasant experience,staff were very friendly and amenities were good. Will definitely be back again

Nice enough hotel but looking tired
Hotel was fine. It’s looking a bit run down though. Public areas were ok but the bedroom I stayed in with my kids was in really poor condition. Really bad check in system. Even short queues took so long. It seemed to take staff between 5 - 10 minutes to check-in each room. Need to get a better system. Put me off ever having to ask for anything at reception because there was always a long queue. Annoying system having to book to use the pool. Did not know this before booking the hotel. Because of plans we had, meant we only used the pool once in 3 days because we had to book specific times that ended up not working out. Hotels.com or the hotel itself should make that clear in the information. Similarly, it was not clear that all of the other kids activities advertised were at extra cost.

Understaffed and inefficient
The check in queue was queuing out of the door when we arrived. It took us 45 minutes in the queue to check in. There was one person on checkin for at least 20 mins. Then another arrived but it was still painfully slow. It took 10 mins for one couple to checkout! The manager was hiding in the back office not fazed at all by the enormous queue. When we can back down to the lobby an hour later there was still an enormous queue. Saw queues everyday we were there. Seems the manager has normalised queuing in the hotel. It’s not ok to make elderly people stand in line for 45mins plus. Very poor. The breakfast was also understaffed large queue to wait to be seated. All the queuing spoiled out stay. Hotel was pretty tired, bathroom dirty are needing tlc.

When we arrived it was a nightmare to get a parking space. Once we got into the hotel we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to even check in. Got into the room was very out dated was dusty and had crumbs in the drawers, my lamp next to my bed didnt work, there was a brown stain on the duvet, the bunk bed my daughters was sleeping in was very unsafe due to the ladder moving and the top barrier of the top bunk bed moved. The handle on the wall in the bathroom was coming away from the wall and the sink had curly thick hairs in it. When we woke up there was no running water. Would not recommend this hotel and would not be staying here again..

We arrived late to the property due to the delay in coming back from Isle of Skye but the guy in the reception was great, he was with French beard, super helpful. But in the morning the reception lady and the other person were a bit rude and was asking us to vacate immediately at 10 AM even though I said to them we checked in very late at around 3 AM and also with special needs child. But place is okay in general. Other thing is they should keep more shower gels in the bathroom as we have been given one small bath gel tube for 3 people which was not enough.

Perfect for kids. Arcades, swimming pool, soft play, and great location. Rooms a bit tired, and food pricey, but would definitely return.

Check in took ages. Key didn’t work, went back , still didn’t work, went back again. Manager came and let us in with master key. Had to recharge the lock! People across from us were given a room already occupied :/ Bar menu had poor choices in our opinion. Will not book again.

Good for a family stay
Nice place for family fun, but was packed for our taste. They were doing some renovations on the roof at the time, so that could have been better and we had no view out the window. Get to the bar/restaurant early or no room to sit down. The main restaurant was too expensive for us. Ziplines down the road at G2 are so worth it (lots of lines to go down)! Ask for Sarah and we had Joseph as our guide.
