Wonderful property in a great location. Pedro had great suggestions for restaurants and sites to see. Tourist area is just across the canal (5 min walk). Go to Ferreira Colchete for breakfast. Bacalhau & Afins and Salpoente for dinner. Visit the Arte Nova and take a boat ride on the canals. Parking garage is just across the street but there is free parking on the far side of the tourist area (10 min walk).

Great location
The welcoming staff were superb. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our four day stay. The location was amazing. Close to everything. Walk out the door, cross the street , and you're in the middle of town! You'd never know you're so close to everything because the rooms themselves are so quiet. Plenty of nearby restaurants from which to select.

Look no further! This property is perfect in every way. Location is right in the heart of everything you could possibly want. The owners are very attentive and kind. Any questions? And they answer right away. The canal ride is fun. Costa Nova is an easy bus ride and there is the porceline factory in Vista Alegra that is worth the taxi ride. Book your room today. Perfect.

We loved staying in this very clean, modern, beautiful, and cozy property. Excellent treatment from Claudia and Pedro who were very kind in receiving and giving us tips for restaurants and attractions, they provided us with a map which they explained so we can be able to walk around in the town, which by the way is possible to walk anywhere without having to use the car, great location. We recommend this place to stay and on our next visit, we will be staying again.

RIA CENTRRUM SMART Residence is top notch!
This property is brand new and has a great location, overlooks a small park, has beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Be aware that everything as far as entry is automated. You also download the app and then open you door by scanning your phone. This was hard for me to negotiate at first but Pedro made a big effort to help us personally by meeting us at our car and walking us to the property. He also gave us a back up key in case our app did not work on our phone. I could not ask for better service from Pedro. This was the best unit we stayed in during the past 10 days in Portugal.

We can’t say enough about Rita Centrum. Claudia greeted us when we arrived. She explained everything about the apartment. She gave us a map and suggestions for dinners and sites around Aveiro. Claudia responded quickly whenever we had questions. The apartment was easy to access with dorma Kaba key. The location was perfectly located with French doors that opened to the city. If we ever get the opportunity to return to Aveiro we would most definitely stay again. We have friends coming to Aveiro and we are suggesting that they stay at RIA Centrum.

Most clean and awesome location. The place is even better than the pictures, we felt fortunate to stay there. Pedro came out to meet us and help us with the parking. We did pay 17 euro per day per parking when we left the parking lot very close by, a public parking lot underground and safe. We truly enjoyed Aveiro because of Pedro's place, in the middle of Old Town.

We just stayed at Ria Centrum Smart Residence for a few nights and if I were to summarize in one word, it would be AMAZING. Pedro, the host was very kind and helpful, he even came downstairs when we arrived, to help with the suitcases. The studio was spotless, and very modern. Pedro welcomed us with a bottle of local wine, we also had coffee and tea. Pedro helped with booking a driver to take us to some points of interest outside of the city. He gave us some suggestions as we like to go off the beaten path. The location of the residence is perfect. You are in the middle of everything, by the canals where you can take the gondolas. There is also a very nice shopping centre, Forum just across the street, Everything of interest is within 5 minutes walk. The building is newly renovated, very chic and modern. I do not have enough words to express what a wonderful host Pedro is. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying at Ria Centrum when in Aveiro and I will be back for sure.
