Great place and service!
Great place to stay and with even better service! We booked 5 rooms and loved each one of them. The house is 150-years old but they did a great job in modernizing it. The service from the owner Hikmet and his crew was awesome. Definitely recommend.

Hikmet’s House’u internetteki yorumlardan buldum, gittiğime pişman olmadım. Osman bey başta olmak üzere çalışan arkadaşların yaklaşımı ve ilgisi çok iyidi. Gezilecek yer konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kaldığımız odanın banyosu su akıtıyordu. Çözüm için anında tesisatçıyı çağırdılar. Memnuniyet odaklı yaklaşımları vardı. Kahvaltısı güzel ve menüsü zengindi. Konum itibariyle göl manzarası var otelin ama balona 8-9 km mesafede. Ürgüp ve Göreme’ye göre daha sakin, bu bizim için güzeldi. Zaten ilçeler arası mesafe yakın olduğu için bunu sorun etmedik. Genel olarak bizim memnun kaldığımız bir oteldi.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Avanos şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark problemi yok. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve misafirperver. Osman bey rehberlik de dahil olmak üzere çok yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Ayrıca kahvaltıyı hazırlayan ve servis eden arkadaşlar da çok hoşsohbetti. Temizlik ve hijyen yönünden de çok memnun kaldık.
