We REALLY enjoyed our stay! First (and not last) time to Catalina island and we can’t wait to come back. The room was very nice and comfortable. The courtyard was really nice…met some really nice people by the fire. Super convenient spot with easy walking distance to everything. We will be back

We reserved the suite w/panoramic view to celebrate a milestone anniversary. The suite is spacious, beautifully designed and appointed, conveniently located close to downtown, and the panoramic view was spectacular! This suite is best suited for families. There is a beautiful master suite w/private bathroom and jetted tub, but the second and third beds are a queen size wall pullout Murphy bed and twin rollout located in the common living area. However, it was perfect our needs and exceeded our expectation. I highly recommend!

It was excellent stay. Clean. It's an older building so not super sound. Walkable to everything. Service was great. Our ferry didn't leave till afternoon, they offered to keep our luggage so we could walk around town. Definitely will stay again.

I love this place, it’s pretty much close to everything. The coffee, tea and some cookies are like a lil treat to my kids and me, also I love the convenience of leaving our luggage and coming back to it, so we had like more time of roaming around the island… will definitely book again…

Overall a lovely stay. Location is great - quick walk from the major port of entry, and right next to the major strip with the shops and restaurants. Very cute, quaint hotel. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and very clean. The property is old, and the bathrooms reflect that. Showers and toilet have not been updated but still felt clean. My real only critiques were that 1) the continental breakfast was lacking (consisted only of coffee, tea, juice, packet oatmeal and muffins), and 2) there is a courtyard light outside the property that shines into the hotel rooms at night. Apparently these lights cannot be turned off manually and so stay on until midnight. There were not any blinds in my room so I could not shut out the light which made it hard to fall asleep. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

Pass on the Suite
Our suite consisted of a king bed and dirty loveseat in one room and a single king in the adjoining room. Unlike others in our party that had a spa tub and shower in their rooms, we each had two dinky showers. The refrigerator and microwave was in one of the bathrooms. Additionally, we had chipped floors and cracked tile.

The manager provided great customer service. Very nice and helpful. Bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious. Room was cozy in general.
