Located in a beautiful building with an upper floor, it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room with fireplace, open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 80 m². The apartment is ideally located in Avallon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Visit the old town of Avallon: medieval streets, ramparts and discover the Saint-Lazare church.
- Discover Vézelay and its UNESCO-listed basilica.
- Explore the Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan on foot or by canoe on Lac des Settons
