Experience this hidden gem of greater Austin - a collection of fully furnished bungalows nestled right on the banks of Lake Travis. Each unit, boasting two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy panoramic views of the pristine lake from the comfort of the wrap-around decks. Unwind in our exquisite cave deck swimming pool and hot tub, a true marvel to behold.

Adjacent to the charming Lakeway Marina, this property is an amazing location for any traveler. The Lakeway area is known for its natural beauty and scenic surroundings, including views of Lake Travis and the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country. It is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a range of activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, and golfing. The city is home to multiple golf courses, including The Hills of Lakeway, Live Oak Golf Course, and Yaupon Golf Course. In addition, there are several parks in the area, such as Lakeway City Park, which features a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a playground. There are also a variety of restaurants and shops in the Lakeway area, with options ranging from casual dining to fine cuisine. Some popular dining options include Cafe Lago, The League Kitchen & Tavern, The Oasis, and Flores. Our stay
The view and location is beautiful however, I was VERY disappointed that alcohol and smoking is allowed in the pool!! I had grandchildren wanting to swim but did not feel comfortable in that environment!!!! Should be family friendly. Also, there were large and baby roaches in the condo which was very disgusting. I would like a partial reimbursement.

Perfect for a small group!
I tried to book this on a weekend, and had some difficulty. There is a 24 hour window for the property manager to confirm the reservation and since she does not work weekends, the attempts were declined each time until Monday when she contacted me. I recommend they switch it to instant book on VRBO. I just have never had this issue so it was frustrating. The villa, however was perfect for a small group! We had 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-12). Very clean, excellent location. Met a friend with a boat so I didn't have to hassle with parking a boat off site, but the property manager did send info on that. Pool is small but the kids had fun playing Marco Polo! Cute balcony overlooking the cove and super close to Lakeway Marina! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing
The cottage is cozy, the area is really quit and relaxing. It was the perfect spot for the family quality time we needed. We would definitely rent it again. The marina offers all sorts of affordable water activities and we had a blast. The only thing we didn't find close is a fishing spot.
