Tho Austin is an amazing travel town, my trip is strictly business so this cottage was PERFECT! The cleanliness, easy access, seperate parking and over all EASE have made this property a repeat for my business meeting in Austin! Bravo to the team that provide this great property!

Cozy Hideaway
Very nice location. Quiet neighborhood. I appreciated all the little things from the book on the restaurants to include a map of the area, the decor was very confrotable and had highlights of places in Austin. Loved the bee glasses and tea options. This might sound ridiculous but, I was so happy to see pots and pans that were stainless and not covered in teflon. Thank you! Appreciated all the amenities and instructions. The communication was great as well. We look forward to staying her again next year.

Outstanding property!
Exactly as described and more! This tiny house did not skimp on construction, appliances or interior decoration. Everything is outfitted as I would for my own house which made us feel at home. The owners provided clear, concise, directions and guidelines. Their communication was welcomeing. It's a short walk to restaurants and night life, and the neighborhood is lovely and safe. We would absolutely stay here again!

So Clean, Cute and Comfy!
This a well kept cottage. I can tell the owner cares about making sure you are as comfy as possible. Everything you need and more. Bed was comfortable, and washer dryer worked awesome. And the water pressure in the shower was great. Kitchen stocked with tea and coffee pods was such a nice touch. Bed slept well. I was able to walk to some fabulous restaurants and businesses in the area even though it was extremely hot. It is so refreshing to see that an owner cares about their guest to this level. Definitely would recommend. My first time in Austin and didn’t know what to expect. Such a great stay. Great Job!!

Inaccurate information
Unit was clean and well appointed. However, the TV information was listed as cable/satellite when in fact there was a Smart TV with streaming. Even the house manual stated there was AT&T cable. This location was specifically chosen since it did not list Smart TV as the television option. I left after one night and skipped the other three with, of course, no refund. Make sure your information is accurate and up-to-date.

It’s a gem!
Very well designed, clean and quiet cottage. It’s in an excellent location walkable to restaurants and in a very interesting neighborhood just to walk around in. We were very comfortable in it for our three night stay. Had everything we could have needed.

Damage deposit issue
Everything about the cottage was perfect, but know this rental requires insurance or a refundable damage deposit. This information is not mentioned until you are in the process of securing the date; it should be openly listed as part of fair and transparent pricing practices. I have rented beach houses for 15 people that did not require such a steep damage deposit. I paid the damage deposit and expected to be refunded per VRBO's policy. Of course I did not damage the cottage; I have video and photos to prove it, bc of the strangeness of this damage deposit policy. The deposit (more than twice the cost of the rental) was not refunded after two weeks. In a world where my paycheck comes in at the same hour every time, this is inexcusable.

Great spot!
Cute studio ADU with everything you need, nothing you don't. Easy check in and out. Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful despite being only 2 blocks from busy South 1st Street, where excellent eats abound. Excellent location--about 20 minutes from almost anywhere I wanted to go during my stay and a reasonable walk to Lady Bird Lake with a view of the fast-growing Austin skyline. Easy communication with host. Definitely recommend and plan to stay here again on my next visit to ATX.

Wow! This place was bad. We have being in many places for many years and this is one of the worst. We pick this place because the neighborhood is very recommended and it was, very good. But the place…. Let me tell you: The bed was very noisy, the towels smelly, small and not dry, the sponge for the dishes was dirty, the kitchen towels have holes, the place have many dirty rugs. After being in a lot countrys in many other places and arrive here you fell the owners difference. They charge for early checking $20/h For late check out $30/h We never have a deposit fee before and they give the refund 14 days after you leave and We don’t get yet. No lovely details that other owners have, is just the place. You don’t feel the owners love like most of the others places.
