Wonderful stay for the weekend!
Really enjoyed my stay in the cute apartment. The place had everything I needed and Raymond and Christy even had some coffee and breakfast items on hand which I greatly appreciated. They were very accommodating. The location was perfect. Thank you so much!!!

Perfect!
Overall, perfect stay in Austin. Host was very easy to communicate with. I appreciate them letting us check in early. Once we arrived at the property, her father in law met us, gave us a tour as well as food/drinks. The place was extremely clean and well kept. Would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Lovely Stay in a Great Location
We were in Austin for the first football game of the season. The location was fantastic - easy access to SoCo and the path around LBL. We received a warm welcome, along with a bowl of fruit and chocolates, English muffins and fresh ground coffee. The home is thoughtfully designed and incredibly clean. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect little spot
This place suited us perfectly. Very considerately and thoughfully prepared. A little enclave with friendly, welcoming neighbours. Lots of books on a variety of interesting subjects and the house itself has an intersting history. Host was happy to advise about local activities and was courteous and charming.

Great Location!
House is very clean & comfortable, and the hosts were wonderful. The location is great with lots of things close enough to walk to or make a short drive. Loved being able to walk down to the Lady Bird Lake boardwalk in the morning. Would stay again!

perfect neighborhood perfect charm perfect hosts
Raymond and Christy’s home is charming, warm , eclectic. Raymond welcomed us personally and made us feel immediately at home even though it was 11:30 pm due to our flight arrival time The home is a short walk to the river boardwalk for morning runs and easy mile walk to a neighborhood park to see one of the famous Moon towers! If we ever visit Austin again - we will make it a priority to book Raymond’s and Christy’s home again

Travis Heights
Visited the state capital, took a tour of Austin City Limits at the Moody Theatre, then attended a concert there. Walked on the Boardwalk along Ladybird Lake. Had beer and brats at Scholz Garten. Raymond and Christy met us when we arrived, and got us settled in. Accommodations were excellent!

Perfect Weekend
This property was amazing! I really enjoyed the courtyard, and even though there are other homes in close proximity it still felt private and secluded. Walking distance to South Congress and the boardwalk was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy and Cozy!
This is a great location for all that you would want to do in Austin. Raymond and Christy were wonderful hosts and quick with any help you may need. We loved the close-by River Walk each morning and the fabulous museums and restaurants all around. If you go hungry in Austin, it's your own fault! Definitely a spot for a return visit!

Now my favorite place to stay in Austin
We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning. The apartment had everything you could think of for cooking, reading and relaxing. I especially enjoyed meeting and talking with the proprietor. It made our stay even richer.

Hidden in Austin
This 2 room apartment is perfectly as described. Good for a 2 night stay. Location is perfect. Apartment is hard to get to, entrance is down a one lane alley, many steps up and down to get to the apartment.

Charming Austin Retreat
This beautiful little home is meticulously kept. You can tell the owners pay attention to detail. It is within walking distance to the Lady Bird Lake Trails so you can walk to your hearts content. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome
This place has a one bedroom with ensuite bath and then a living room with pull out couch. Full kitchen with dining room and kitchen and washer/dryer. Walk to cidercade and easy to get around Austin from here. We actually walked home from ACL (40 min). Great stay!

A perfect spot!
From my first interaction with Laura when booking the property, to getting to meet her and Raymond it was truly a wonderful experience. They are kind, considerate and their wonderful home was such a special spot during our stay. Close to everything you would ever want but nestled into a neighborhood that is simply outstanding. Loved Laura's apartment!
Laura's apartment is beautiful and clean, surrounded by trees, and entered through their scenic brick and rock patio with a pool full of goldfish. We had a delightful intro to Laura when we arrived. The location is great - 15 min direct to South Congress street which is the main shop and restaurant filled street. If you head north on Congress over the Colorado River Bridge into Austin there are cool pop music and jazz places and more restaurants. Highly recommend Laura's apartment for Austin visits!

Great Place
Great place, private and accessible to all kinds of fun staff. Walking distance to the Boardwalk, great restaurants and major Austin hot spots. Great host (Reymond & Laura) who greeted us on arrival and said goodbye on the way out.
