The check-in process was smooth and the person (Genna?) was fantastic. Room is good, shower was great. Bed is hard and no firm pillows. But overall for a one-night stay, it was great. Thank you!

I've stayed at many of the properties in the Round Rock 35/45 area for work, and so far this one seemed to have the best room for the price, and safest parking lot. The front desk person Gem was very professional and helpful.

Staff was great and very accommodating! The front desk, when asked where I could fill my travel cup with ice water, offered and filled it for me! The only thing that I didn’t like was there was a very strong food/onion smell in my room.

Helpful employees
The manager and assistant manager along with 2 other employees were very nice and worked with me the best they could. Hotels.com had misleading pictures on the room I had paid for. But the hotel staff were able to fix it and I appreciate them.
