For the price, it’s tolerable. Clean enough to stay, nice enough staff, the parking was VERY convenient, location was far away from traffic, and the price was really nice. Down sides were: Hallways reeked of cigarettes, only one elevator worked, some lights and outlets did not work in the room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating - excellent service. One elevator inoperative, could have been down for maintenance. Common-area carpeting was grungy - needs a deep clean or (more likely) time to replace. Room was clean and comfy. HVAC would not change regardless of temp selected - it was OK. Only decaf coffee in the room (!). All in all, a fair value for the money.

The room had a funny order to it. There was moldy areas in the shower. The iron didn't work. There was no hair dryer and had to go get one from the front desk. Several outlets in the room didn't work either.

ZERO STARS
HORRIBLE customer service. They illegally booted my vehicle which caused damage to my car. Then they tried to blame me for it. Managers were nonexistent when I tried to confront them about paying for the damage. Ended up leaving still no manager would talk to me. Absolutely will never stay at any of these hotels again. Gonna cost me well over $500 to repair my car and they did not care at all.

Although the property is nice, it is very difficult to get to, due to being on a 1-way street with no off street access. If you miss the turn into the parking lot, you have to drive almost 4 miles around the area to return to the entrance.
