You can “feel” Austin in this gem of a home with handpicked local art. Located minutes from most hotspots in the city and major highways, traveling is a breeze! The house abuts a nature preserve trail. Whether you like to get a jog in, enjoy Austin's dining scene or night life- there’s something for every taste.

Modern, open, airy and bright are words that BEST describe the space as you step in and are greeted by the colorful hand-painted Austin tribute mural. Great location! Officially licensed through the City of Austin Code Compliance STR Program. This modern and meticulously maintained home has an airy living area, a dining room for 6, a bar with bar stools and mixology ideas for fun cocktails, 3 lovely bedrooms, and 2 full modern and bright bathrooms. Brand new soft and comfy queen size beds in master and guest bedroom. Twin bed in the second guest room and a modern tufted twin daybed with trundle--all featuring new memory foam mattresses (room can sleep up to 3!). The downstairs common area is fun and vibrant and features a comfy couch that can also be used as a daybed. The stylish kitchen has a fun coffee bar, granite counters and stainless appliances. We are proud to feature handpicked art pieces from the talented art community which adds a unique "Austin" touch to your stay. We're baby friendly and provide for your convenience a highchair, booster seat, kids plates and utensils, Graco Pack 'n Play, and a portable wooden crib. The backyard is the real highlight of La Casa De Arte--this space will make your trip truly unforgettable whether you decide to roast marshmallows at the firepit, enjoy a drink at the soft-cushioned outdoor furniture, or chill in the hanging chaise lounge chair.

Shopping and dining (60 stores and over 35 restaurants) at Southpark Meadows is a mere 5 minute trip. Downtown Austin, Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake and the entertaining South Congress area are 15-20 minutes away for loads of Austin-style, live music and superb food. Additionally, water fun at Lake Travis is 40 minutes away and San Antonio and its fantastic river-font dining is a mere 1 hour drive south. Don't forget to visit the San Marcos Outlet Mall (20 minutes south on IH 35) for some superb shopping or Schillerbahn Water Park (45 minutes south on IH 35)- so MUCH fun!

This well-maintained neighborhood has a wonderful, upscale playscape and nature preserve trail directly across the street from the home. Additionally, the property has easy access to IH 35 and is just 20-25 minutes away from Bergstrom airport.

Avoid The Downtown Crush
I’ve been attending the ACL Music Fest since year one (2002). I’ve tried various arrangements to make navigating it less stressful. I’ve stayed downtown in hotels, nearby in short term rentals. But this was my favorites te so far. It’s far enough away from downtown to be able to avoid the crush. And it’s a quick Uber to the Festival. We were able to get from the front door to inside the Festival in under 30 minutes, and it usually takes me longer when I stay a mile away from Zilker. ANYWAY, house was great. Beds were comfy. Coffee bar was an unexpected bonus. Will book again.

Great stay near Austin
I was excited when I saw that this property was available for us to stay at. This made our visit so much nicer than if we had gotten two hotel rooms for our little travel party. From the reservation process to the check-in and check-out processes, communication from the host was excellent. I especially appreciate the host checking in to make sure that we had everything we needed. This is a great property in a great location, easy access anything. We enjoyed just hanging out on the patio after dark, thanks to the nice lights that are strung up in the back yard. I appreciate the little touches, such as convenient power adapters located throughout the house. In addition, this neighborhood is very walkable and quiet! If you drive to the downtown, I recommend checking out the Cidercade and the boardwalk.

LaCasa deArte is gorgeus!
This property was so wonderful - all three bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped, both bathrooms were lovely, and the place was very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking implements and the backyard was lovely too. Finally the nature preserve next door was gorgeous for walks. One thing to note: this is definitely a bit of a drive from downtown. If you don't mind doing that, this is your spot.

Amazing house and location!
Staying at La Casa de Arte was a wonderful experience! The house was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The location was perfect to explore Austin with minimal travel time between destinations. And having a beautiful nature park in walking distance of the house made it heavenly for us to view the local ecosystem. Highly recommended!!

Cute, Comfy home
We came into town for a work event and found this home to be adorable, affordable, and in a great, safe neighborhood. The home was clean and provided all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The master bed was so comfortable, I struggled getting up in the morning :) There is no ice machine, so grab a bag on your way in as you pass multiple grocery and convenient stores. Will absolutely stay again when we are in town.

My family of 4 (all adults) had an amazing stay in this beautiful, well appointed house with great artistic vibes and a large yard to enjoy! The house was very clean, with all amenities you would expect, in a very quiet location with great walks and a trail nearby. Close to downtown and all major highways. Emily, the host, was very helpful and responsive. We immensely enjoyed our stay. We are definitely coming back! Thank you fo everything!

Great location, attractive and decorative home, quick response from property manager. However, the listing did not include information that all bathrooms and bedrooms are upstairs. As someone with mobility challenges, this is a deterrent.

The property is in the suburbs and has a nice back yard to sit out and enjoy a drink and is walking distance to a lovely park. The 3 bedrooms were nicely appointed as was the rest of the home. We did not have a car but could easily Uber into the city. The only disadvantage to the property was it was not walking distance to grocery stores or restaurants. The owner was available by phone when we had a question which was very helpful..

Emily & her lovely home are ah-mazing ! I felt welcomed from the moment i stepped in her sweet home ! She had a basket of treats waiting for me & a welcoming note ! Very quite neighborhood & the shopping center near by is a plus ! I stayed for 3 nights due to me moving & my home not being ready to move in . But definitely recommend this place !!

This home is deep in a neighborhood. Very quiet and nice. Everything was clean and everything we needed was available. 2 things I must comment on, not that they would keep me from renting again: 1. The furniture in the living room is not comfortable and 2. No bathroom downstairs. The weather was nice so we spent our time outside. Very nice seating outside. The host was very nice and quick to respond
