Unauthorized charges on card after check-out
My husband and daughter stayed here and after check-in, used only cash the entire stay. After they checked out and got home, my husband started noticing charges from the hotel. Not 1 or 2 charges, more like 6 or 7. When he called the hotel they said that they were his charges while staying… he paid cash for everything. They dropped the charges after looking into it and seeing receipts. But then a few days later, more charges popped up. This time I called the manager and he said he’d look into it and call me back that day, it’s been days and we still haven’t heard anything and the charges are still on his card.

Location is wonderful. Staff is friendly. Has two pool indoor and outdoor. Work out room. The internet on the tv was slow. Tv/remote was slow as well. They need to update internet speeds.
