Q: Is the pool heated?: A: Pool heating is available for your stay for $225/night. Please let us know ahead of time so we can preheat.

Q: Does the home have Air Conditioning (AC) and heat? Yes
Q: What is the cancellation policy? A: The cancellation policy is unique to every reservation. Please review the terms on the website.
Q: What is the minimum age to book? A: 25 years of age
Q: Why do you require a photo of my government identification? A: We require your ID for compliance with our insurance. Your ID is kept private and is not shared with anyone.
Q: Can I host an event or celebration at Reunion Springs? A: No unauthorized parties or events. Please contact us for any inquiries. We offer a poolside event space! Contact us for pricing and availability if you’re interested.
Q: Do I need to pay for a Security Deposit? Yes, a refundable security deposit of $750 will be collected 7 days prior to guest arrival. The deposit will be released 7 days after departure, provided there are no damages to the property and there are no house rules violation.

— THINGS TO KNOW - Please read before you book! —
Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 10 am. Reunion Springs is self-check-in and self-check-out. The property uses an electronic keypad for access control.

MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to book at Reunion Springs. A photo of your government ID is required after booking.

CLEANLINESS: We take pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared condo for your visit! The property is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked before/after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home, and keep it clean! Our team is dedicated to providing a clean space for our guests very much hope you enjoy it. Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.

MONITORING: To protect our guests and property, Reunion Springs has a camera installed outside the property ONLY. We do NOT spy on our guests. The recording is motion-activated and only captures activity outside. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside the property. Content is not shared with third parties unless required by insurance or law.

INSURANCE: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unforeseen circumstances. We strictly abide by our cancellation policy if you decide to cancel. If you are interested in travel insurance, two possible options may include InsureMyTrip and Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection. We do not have any affiliation or specific recommendations for these vendors.

FINES: We reserve the right to fine $1000 for trash or dog poo, or cigarette butts (outside of the designated area). Please pick up and avoid fines.
