People smoking marijuana in adjacent rooms. Cockroaches in room. Multiple cockroaches. Late checkout paid for but not honored. Carpet is filthy. Place should be condemned.

It’s an average hotel… I do think they need to Pay close attention to detail. The furniture in the lobby and in the rooms are very dirty. They need to be deep cleaned a good hot water extraction company would do wonders.

It was alright overall. The customer service varied wildly from engaging to virtually being ignored when saying hello. The bed and breakfast could use an upgrade. The bed is a little firm for me and the covers are a joke. The breakfast needs a little more to it and maybe a protein

We didn’t stay because the area didn’t looks safe. The ac didn’t work properly. My daughter book at Hyatt for almost the same price and we just stays there. Unfortunately I don’t know if I can get my money back. She nice I check in we let the lady st the front desk that we are not happy with the hotel.
