We booked this hotel online while on the way to Austin during the middle of the night. We originally booked a room with 2 queens, but when we got there the computer showed that they did not have 2 queens available. Although this was a frustrating and tiresome thing to deal with, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The customer service here is truly top notch!

The hotel was clean and all, but there is no cover pull up area to unload. There is no unloading zone at all actually. The front doors are backwards (if you have been there you know what I mean). The parking lot is in the back and you have to go up stairs. This place was designed by a person who travels without a car or luggage! The ac in the room worked but it pulsated the walls. Like as if there was a car outside your window with their bass blasting, I could hardly sleep.

Great experience . This is the second time I stay here and it always has a smell like gas in the lobby. Otherwise everything else was great.
