the atmosphere was amazing!! the employees were friendly and very accommodating w no issues! the property was in a very walkable area as well, will definitely book again for my next austin trip in the future!!

The hotel was clean and orderly, inside and out. The staff was courteous, diligent, and addressed any requests we had during our stay. We would be strongly inclined to stay at this hotel again in the future or other properties managed by the same firm.

I liked the location and even though for parking they really only have valet. The valet is decent since I looked at how much it was going to cost other places. If it was about $40 it was a .5mile or mile walk or if it was close it's was around $87. The valet is $57 and you can go in and out the whole time. So worth the valet.

Rooms were very nice, I liked having the couch and the beds were very comfortable wit great pillows. They had the same exorbitant fee to park a car as do most downtown hotels so I ditched the rental and used ride sharing apps which worked extremely well in downtown Austin.

It is ridiculous to charge large amount for one night stay and expect guests pay $45 valet since hotel forces guests with no parking availability.

The hotel was decent. Breakfast included and was pretty good. The low rating is became of staff and service. The first day I was gone from my room from about 10 am - 4 pm and no one cleaned my room. The house keeper was in the hallway when I left. The second day I was gone roughly the same time frame and when I returned I put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and layed down to take a nap. The housekeeper knocked on the door 3 separate occasions and then opened the door. I said the Do Not Disturb sign is on the door. She left. Third day they made the ends and swapped out towels while I was gone. One out of three days when they were in the hallway when I left and when I came back is poor performance.

Excellent hotel, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is very good. Rooms are very nice. Good gym! Good valet, and great location for restaurants and bars. Only thing is the indoor pool is too cold.

No complaints. We stayed 3 nights. Walking distance to many places of interest, including The Mothership. Too many restaurants withing walking distance to list. We didn't have one bad meal. We ate right across the street 3 times. There's a small grocery store right across the street. Staff was great, room was great. The AC would get room cold. The shower and bathroom was nice. Complimentary breakfast was good, with a nice selection. The valet parking was flawless. Request vehicle with app and it's at the door in 3-4 minutes.

Great hotel! In walking distance to a lot of things. Only downside is the super expensive valet option. They had no other parking options.
