The hotel in and of itself was very good. The intake staff the woman who waited on me was not so easy to understand. She spoke and broken English, and that’s OK but when I asked her to repeat it because I couldn’t hear her, she got annoyed. I don’t think she should be a front staff person to be honest with you.

I really like this hotel. The staff were all amazing. The food was delicious. My room was super clean and comfortable. And they had shuttle transportation to the airport! If I have to go back to Austin again, I would absolutely stay here.

The staff was amazing and super friendly. They always helped us and greeted us no matter what. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, I just didn't like the eggs as they were wet. Check in was super easy despite being 3 hours late and arriving to the hotel at 2:00am. The young lady checking us in gave us free water bottles as we arrived late and a little flustered. I will book again!
