We had a great stay. They upgraded our room as ours wasn't ready. Breakfast was amazing. SO many choices and good quality. Front desk staff was very helpful. The only negative was the loud music coming from a nearby venue at night which wasn't the hotel's fault. Ear plugs solved the problem.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very difficult to get quality sleep given music venues operating next door until 2am. Incredibly loud over three nights which left family completely exhausted. Even ear plugs didn't work.

Room was very clean and spacious. Felt like a mini condo than a hotel room. Free breakfast is always great in my books. Check-in was pretty smooth. Walking distance to the State Capital, University of Texas campus, and downtown area. There's a couple of CapMetro bikeshare stations nearby if you like to explore the city on bike than on foot.

Excellent hotel, and a great location close to all of the main attractions on sixth Street. This is a city location so you’re likely to see a significant amount of homeless people since the Salvation Army is just a couple blocks away, but this does not affect the hotel and I felt safe in the hotel. I will be staying at this hotel again in six months.

This is an issue with all Hyatts and breakfast. Their eggs are disgusting and soaked in salt. No one should eat them.
