Our room smelled disgusting! Like mildew,dog urine and flea shampoo. Rodents running around outside . The restaurant next door was rowdy and loud . There was a bar fight! No seating for the amount of guests at breakfast. Food was noy good.and they didnt have the room i asked for . Was told we HAD to check in using an app, but couldnt use the app cause they sold our room.. then was charged twice.

Perfect suite for our family
My sister, daughter and granddaughter stayed a couple of night in one of the 2 bedroom suites. Check in was a breeze and you have a on line check-in option, as well. The staff is courteous and friendly. The space was very nice and we had 2 bathrooms which made our getting ready time so much easier! The only concern for us is that we are all short and one of the showers had to be turned on adjusted from the shower head so, it was difficult to reach. The free breakfast is amazing! It features a variety of hot and cold options; including eggs, waffles, hot an cold cereal, bacon and much more. Other than that, it was a beautiful suite with plenty of space and comfortable beds. We always stay at this hotel and we are never disappointed. We will continue to stay here when we visit.

Staff was very helpful. They let us check in early. Because our room was already ready and waiting on us. Everyone was nice and respectful. Seen all smiles. Enjoyed my stay. Will be choosing here again. Pool was clean. Breakfast area clean. Hallways were clean. Room was definitely clean.

I tried to check into this hotel at noon and their policy is to charge people $25 even if the room is ready. I refused to pay the fee and came back after 3 o’clock to check in. This information is not publicly posted anywhere on their website or on the Expedia page. The only reason that I had to stay at the hotel is because I prepaid for the room otherwise I would have left and gone someplace else
