Excellent service from the front desk. In our room, shower could never get very warm, but the sink had hot water. Also, my wife and I were trapped in the elevator until firemen were called. They said, it was the 3rd time this year that they had been summoned for that reason.

Hotel changed room type as a guest prior to us wanted a king size room. Hotel didn’t offer any bottled water to purchase during our stay. Hotel locked us out of our room after the first night and we had to have new keys made. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I had to look for the front desk attendant to call attention to their not being breakfast food for over 25 minutes. I was told he was getting the cleaning staff ready to clean rooms. I asked if that was more important than there not being food for us and his reply was it will be done in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we decided to go somewhere to eat as there was still no hot foods. When we checked out I told the female desk attendant about the poor service her response was,”I’m not in charge of the food here”. I took photos of the empty hot plates and the dirty sticky floor.
