We chose to pay more for an upgraded room (king suite w/shower) and when we arrived for check-in we were told sorry, we don't have that room for you but here's a 2bd queen suite with a tub/shower combo (which I had not chosen when we booked because I recently had surgery and can't step high enough to get into a tub). When we told the girl checking us in that information, she just kept looking at us and saying "but it's still a suite." It was late, we'd been traveling to get there, and were stuck with no choice. After we got up to our room, our AC system wouldn't work and we found pubic hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor, as well as on the floor in the bedroom itself. When we pulled back the covers, we found more hairs as well and assumed they didn't follow through with changing our the bedding from the last guest. We ended up putting our own blanket on top of the duvet & slept on that with no covers. Biggest disappointment we've ever had at a hotel, and we've stayed in many as we are frequent travelers. Save yourself money & a huge hassle and DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. We assumed we'd be getting good quality as a Holiday Inn location, but we couldn't have been more wrong. Very angry.

A lot of negative things to say about this property. First night there, we noticed we had no coat hangers in the closet. We asked for coat hangers every day we were there and none were given to us. The phone in the room didn't work. The staff running the breakfast area didn't know how to run the juice machine; the cranberry juice tasted like water, it was so diluted. The level of caring on the part of the staff was minimal. The only thing good i can say about this property is that it seems fairly new.

we were charged over $500. ! for a 2 night stay that was suppose to only been $133. A NIGHT !! I was NOT happy with this due to the fact i was quoted $133 .. never again will i book with expedia !!! refund my damn money 💰 😡😡😡😡

NEVER again!
The moment we got there we knew this was not going to be a great experience. There were a group of men just hanging around the parking lot, drinking and smoking. We had put our luggage in our room and were waiting for the elevator to go down and leave for dinner. Another couple got off and went into the room next to us. The smell of pot permeated our room ALL night long as well as the sound of their TV. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong and the hair on the walls of the shower was extremely disgusting! When we went down for breakfast in the morning, it was already picked over and since it was close to 10, there wasn't any replenishing. In addition, there were very young children, 4-6 yo, running around, yelling, barefoot, unsupervised. After the woman closed the doors to the food area, the kids just pushed them open and continued to help themselves to the juices.
