Staff was amazing/friendly! The location of the property is great with a restaurant onsite and in parking lot. There is an abandoned building as well on the property but if you can look past that the property is amazing

Overall a good experience at the hotel. Friendly, quiet, clean, good breakfast especially the yogurt bowl. A couple things like the sink tub and similar would benefit from a little maintenance.

Old and in need of an uplift
This is an old hotel with dark furniture, poor lighting, and carpet in need or replacing. I was surprised that there are still hotels like this, especially in the arboretum area of Austin. The staff was friendly enough and I was happy to get a text from a staff member who was there to answer any questions. Very nice. The bathroom sink was clogged and that was disappointing. I will not stay there again
