I traveled with my children and they were impressed with the hotel. It was extremely clean and neat. The breakfast was great! It was a 10/10 for sure! This is where we will be staying at when we visit Pflugerville!

Rooms weren't ready well past check in time.
We arrived at 4:15pm and found out the 2 rooms we booked were not ready. It was a busy weekend with an event that occurs every year on this weekend - so they should have been more prepared. The girl at the front desk had no idea about it. Anyway, she told us that she would call my cell once the rooms were ready. We sat in the lobby for over an hour. At 5:30, I went to check on the rooms. One of them was ready and the 2nd was "almost ready". She got us into our first room. We took all our stuff there and decided while we waited we would go grab some dinner. On the way out, we passed by the room next to where our 2nd one was going to be. There were 4 people from housekeeping in the room chatting. Once was on a kitchen stool and stood up quickly when we walked by. Two others were fluffing pillows and the 4th was just standing there. They were all chatting and not really doing much. This was after 6pm at this point. We finally got the call that our 2nd room was ready at 6:45 - that is 2 1/2 hours after we arrived. Minor issues - The 2nd room didn't have a remote - had to go back to the front desk to get one. 1st room - the toilet paper holder kept falling if you didn't balance the TP on it just right. Only 1 bar of soap for the sink - nothing for the shower (didn't feel like asking for more after the check-in issues). Definitely will not stay there again for that event.

FYI: Expedia has Checkout time listed as 12pm but it is 11am. They will charge you a late fee! I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with one king instead. It wasn’t ideal but made it work. Housekeeping only came once between Friday and Monday.

Stayed for a cheer competiton with children. Not one complaint. Kitchenette amenities worked well, shower anf bathroom was nice, beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was appetizing.Will stay again.
