This charming 2-bed, 1-bath home is just a short walk from dining, bars, and local shopping in downtown Georgetown. For outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy nearby activities like fishing, hiking, and water skiing at Lake Georgetown or take a stroll to the Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River Trail—just steps away! While you may spend much of your time exploring, when you’re home, enjoy a full kitchen for cooking, a comfy couch and chair for relaxing, and a spacious table perfect for remote work or games. Inside the Home
The living and dining rooms are spacious, with a Smart TV equipped with Roku (Netflix, DirecTV Stream, etc.). The kitchen table is versatile—ideal for working, dining, or playing games. The efficient kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for preparing home-cooked meals.

The bathroom serves both bedrooms and includes all essentials. The first bedroom features a queen bed, two end tables, and a closet. The back bedroom also has a queen bed, two end tables, and a closet, with access to the private fenced patio at the end of the hallway. A full-size stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the living room closet.

Outdoor Space
The private patio shares a common wall with the neighboring unit and opens to a large shared yard. Other than the yard, all spaces are completely separate. The private driveway is reserved for you, but additional street parking is available in front and on the side of the property.

Great place, but the liability third party liability waiver needs work.
The place it’s self was pretty great! Clean and cute and had a great location. However…. - the host requires that you submit/ pay for a third party liability waiver ( I understand that it’s to protect the host and their property since some people abuse the site) but it wasn’t specified on the listing and cost extra. Either a non refundable fee or smaller fee with a refundable large deposit. I left a review for the host and she explained the reasoning, which I understand but it’s been almost a week since we checked out and I still haven’t received my large deposit back from the third party company- which is no help as it says to contact the host. Overall It was a pain to fill out all the extra stuff, upload info, create and account etc etc… and then to follow up on my underfunded deposit has been a lot I didn’t anticipate. Just was a big put off to an otherwise pretty nice place.

This rental was spotless, and had everything I needed. Dog friendly, the location was perfect for walks to the square. The bed was very comfortable with a nice warm duvet, and the pillows were supportive…not limps has beens. All good.

Clean and Neat!
When we walked to the entrance of Evening Primrose, check in was a breeze. The duplex was clean and appeared brand new. The kitchen is spacious enough to actually use, and the stove/oven uses gas and is awesome! The decor is tastefully modern and comfortable with memory foam beds. The hosts are great to work with, and I recommend staying there. The location is very walkable to everything going on downtown.

Convenient location
Property is close to everything but not in the middle of it so it's quiet at night. It is, however, next to an auto repair shop, thus a bit of a detractor. Also, less than a block away from Scenic Drive which has walking trail.
