CozySuites is proud to bring you our new 1BR condo in Pflugerville, right on I-35 highway! Only 15min from the Domain, Downtown ATX, and Kalahari Resorts, we are right next to the highway, restaurants, and bars! When you are done exploring Austin, come take a dip in the pool and hang out with friends under the stars! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve, with a fully equipped kitchen well decorated interiors, a smart TV, and complimentary coffee!

This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

The Neighborhood:
We are actually located right off of I-35 so you can't beat the convenience and location! Located in the Pflugerville neighborhood, you'll have one foot in "real Texas" and one foot in Austin. The TV show Friday Night Lights was actually filmed right down the street and you can do "real Texas" stuff like shoot guns but you can also quickly get into Austin for 6th street, rooftop bars, and food!

Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, just hop on the I35 to get there. Uber/lyft is available if you don't have a car.

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests


No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

It will not accommodate family of 4 as advertised. Supposed to be 2 rooms was not just a fullsize bed with a tiny two seat sofa that doesn’t turn into bed just awful experience went to a hotel didn’t even stayed there, customer service was terrible started to get defensive never got any response from them asked for a refund and they said it was going to be an internal investigation but couldn’t get refunded they said their handymen was going to measure the bed as advertised as queen and the sofa to see if i was lying. Just not a great place for 4 people maybe single person.
