Comfortable but not friendly
Really cool venue very techy. Staff not very friendly or accommodating just kind of expect you to know what your doing. Not very personal service. First time to the city and didn’t know where to go or what to do no help from staff especially not with shuttle to the airport which wasn’t available. And only suggestion was to download Uber. Very high tech which we found the tv screen gave more of a ‘welcome’ in big letters than the miserable woman that greeted us upstairs. Again with ordering food was told at the bar but when the rest of the staff are gathered at the kiosk was pretty hard to order and even when ordering the woman serving us did so without so much of a smile and walked off after giving us a menu. Woman that helped us hold our luggage was much more helpful the next day but again no personal touch on check out was very much scan the card and off you go.

This was a great spot to stay. Everything was within walking distance or you could grab an Uber if it was farther. The only thing I would say that could be improved is I found the bed to be a little too firm for me.

DO NOT STAY HERE
These rooms are legitimately terrible. This is a hostile. All sides of bed except one touching the wall, tiny sink outside the bathroom, zero floor space, non functional closet, no iron in room, weird lighting. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free. $400 for a night in the worst hotel ever. Stay anywhere else. Also the check in experience is awful. You do a self check in, but then an employee has to go through basically every step with you. Takes twice as long as a normal front desk. The bar is good, and so is the breakfast. There is no parking. Takes 10 minutes to walk from the closest garage.

The property is self serve. The room had broken items we had to repeatedly asked to be fixed. The property has central air between all units allowing Marijuana odor to be leaked in our room four times. Each time the manager was contacted and stated there was nothing they could do. They did admit to smelling the odor. Kitchen odors also came throughout the room from the shared vent. Bed hard and uncomfortable, little privacy in the room. Many issues. Cant recommend.

Contemporary design. Small room while very comfortable. Well designed and amenities on point. I wouldn’t stay in this room that I didn’t know VERY well though. Just my opinion.

Absolutely horrible check in experience. Same price as the Hilton up the street. Do not make the mistake of staying here. Nobody wants to check themselves in while an employee looks over their shoulder and verifies their ID what is the point of that ridiculous process? Just check the guest in. The rooms are a joke. The king bed can’t be walked around. Someone has to crawl over the other to get up to use the restroom. Bathrooms are no bigger than an RV from 1996. There is no parking and it requires 2 elevators with no luggage Dollie’s on premises. No one should ever make the mistake I made of booking this hostel disguised as a hotel.
