The property staff was great BUT the CLEANING CREW has a habit of taking your towels to be cleaned and will NOT bring you replacements, instead they go home and doesn't return until the next work day

Smells like smoke I requested for a room change they gave me another room same terrible cigarette smells and I said I want my old room back since I have not moved into the new room next door the receptionist stated yelling saying she can’t keep changing me mind you I had to sleep in the old room because this same lady said I should have rejected the room before moving in. I requested for an air freshener they sprayed some liquid thing on the fabric hung on the window.

This place is in a very unsafe area. We didnt even stay. It looked like a 2hr motel and there were men everywhere. Lost our money on this. Do not recommend.

The staff at this property were very helpful and with any question asked to them they knew just how to hand things, The main person Id would like to be brought to the management staffing is the most extreme, understood and sweet front desk employee they have working there is Destiny.From the second day that me and my husband were at the property until we checked out Destiny went above and beyond to made sure that we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank all the staff for making us feel like we were at a home and we will be telling all our family and friends about this motel

Roaches as soon as you walk in the room smell really bad and can tell they ain't really do a good job of cleaning will not recommend staying there and I'm looking to get a refund.
