Hotel was spotless, Erin, the staff at check in was outstanding. The only item was that the hot water was luke warm, not hot. Else, incredibly clean. A very nice place to stay.

My TV the as in spanish and nobody could help me turn it back to English. I believe it might have been a cable issue not related to the hotel, however. Appropriatenaccomodations were made by DT. Thank you!

Lobby, hallways and the room was clean all the time… for me that it’s +plus+ The only upside down is you can hear the noises from the next door room, also when the housekeeper was doing their job… and they just offer black coffee, I think to bring this hotel to the next level they should offer cappuccino has well. Overall this is just my personal preference, I will book again. Good please to stay !

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. It was weird that our wheelchIr accesible room was on the 3rd floor, but the elevator was large enough to manuever my 32" chair in so it wasnt a big problem. All the doorways were just barely wide enough for my chair and the room itself was ok once we moved a shelf to widen the walkway. The shower wasnt roll in as I has been led to believe, but a bench was provided and there were enough handrails to make transfering pretty simple. All in all one of the better "accesible" accomodations I have encountered, but still room for improvement.

The bed was AWESOME!! You could hear the noise from the highway but it wasn’t to bad with a bed as comfortable as that one once I fell asleep I heard nothing!!!
