All staff is from continent of India. Day Customer service is excellent. Night person is unfriendly & not helpful. Breakfast comes in a lunch bag of Sunny D, off brand granola bar & off brand small muffins. To get ice you have to pass front desk. Pool is closed. Laundry requires ID to get key & $10/load.

I stayed at this for 4 days; it was the worst experience ever. I received an email last minute about a $100 deposit which I was willing to pay. However, when I arrived I was told to pay everything all in full. I get to the room; the bathroom is dirty, and the shower does not work. I reported the unclean bathroom and the shower issue to the front desk. they fixed the shower head but the bathroom remained dirty. Then every night if I smelled weed in the whole room I heard a cricket in the walls. Also, there was a party every night all the guest were out of their room talking loudly until 3 am. I spoke to the front desk about all of this and nothing was done. Honesty I think the guy was afraid of the visitors at the hotel. This stay was a true nightmare I will NEVER stay there.

I liked that there was plenty of parking and staff was nice. The bath tub needs to be upgraded. The room didn't smell fresh but was okay for the one night I was there.

Honestly, the only good thing about the hotel was location and a comfortable beds. Minus the squeakiness. The room had rust and roaches. also, the clock didn’t work no ice machine at least for use by guest criminal other than that, the stay wasn’t bad

Better Than Expected
Better than I expected. Room 138 was freshly Painted with newer furniture. The king bed was comfortable. Spectrum cable TV with a lot of sports-related content. The "take and go" breakfast was decidedly limited, a bottle of Sunny D and a package of muffins, but combined with some decidedly instant coffee, it was a thing. Is it a dive? Of course, it is a dive, all "best value inns" are salvage operations for bankrupt motels. But this is trying hard. It is okay, you can stay here.

I ordered a room for 1 without pets and got surprised with 5 cockroaches that the staff was trying to say were crickets… spend a total of 3 hours in the room for a 2 days stay and was welcomed every time I returned by the uninvited crawlers in room.

Our room smelled like straight weed. The shower sounded like it was going to explode any minute when it turned on and the floor of the tub felt like it would cave in when standing on it. The night manager was not very friendly, he acted like I was an inconvenience for him to have to check in. There was only a grab and go breakfast but that was not iterated to us on the website. Overall it was fine for one night at the price they offered but I won’t stay again.
