It would have been nice to be told that the the pool would be closed for maintance for the 3 days we were booked for, especially since we booked ahead of time. With 4 rooms reservations and our phone # on file a courtesy call would have been nice, we would have look elsewhere to stay for the family.

I will never be staying at this hotel again. Upon my arrival the idiot male working the front desk tried to dismiss me saying my reservation wasn’t until the next day. I had email confirmations and in-app confirmations showing him that the reservations was for that day. He kept trying to tell me they didn’t have it, like I didn’t drive 4 hours there and was suppose to drive back. Then after 10min, he puts me in the exact room I had reserved… the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, it had stuff left from someone else’s stay and the cleaning staff was immensely loud and disruptive during their work
