From the moment you arrive, the home's thoughtful design and serene surroundings invite relaxation and enjoyment.

Inside, original wood flooring and elegant touches create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A cozy library with leather chairs and a flat-screen television is perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a glass of local wine. The formal dining area provides space for meals or games, while the main living area features comfortable sofas, a decorative fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The king-size master suite has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and additional bedrooms on the main and second floors offer comfort and privacy for all guests.

A second fully equipped kitchen upstairs includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing meals for larger groups. Three queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs provide ample space, and the drawing room with an antique pool table offers an inviting area for entertainment.

Outside, the permanent dock and Adirondack chairs provide the perfect spots to soak in the sun or enjoy the sunset over Cayuga Lake. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
