Schon die Begrüßung war nicht sonderlich freundlich. Die Dame meinte, Ebookers hätte unsere Buchung nicht bezahlt, wir sollen uns kümmern, vorher gäbe keinen Check-In. Zum Glück kam dann ein freundlicherer Herr dazu, der sich der Sache annahm. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, es lagen Essensreste vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden neben dem Bett, der Teppichboden war klatschnass und die Dusche/Badewanne nicht gereinigt und voller Haare. Auf den Fluren war der Boden komplett verdreckt.
