A Home, Not a Hotel!

Make your Augusta experience the best with this Conveniently-located, Elegant, Furnished Home next to the downtown medical district.

There are 4 Master bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. The 9' ceilings, open floor plan, and furnishings make this a comfortable place to relax, visit with friends and family, and work.

It is lit at night! Very secure with a fence and gate surrounding the properties.
There is extra parking behind the garage as well as picnic pads.

When you walk in the main room, you will see a 65" Smart TV with comfortable furnishings. The open floor plan allows you to use the kitchen and visit at the same time. There is a large island with 4 benches and all the appliances and kitchenware needed. A Keurig coffee maker is also provided. There is a half bathroom next to the kitchen for your guests.

The 2nd floor covered deck and 2 front porches are great places to hang out.

The laundry room has a utility sink and is upstairs near the back deck.

Each of the 4 Master bedrooms feature a Queen cool gel foam bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, desk, & office chair.

Bedroom 1 is downstairs. It is a larger room with a large walk-in closet and bathroom featuring a tiled shower and 2 sinks.

Bedroom 2 is upstairs in front and connects to the upper front porch. It has a walk-in closet and bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub-shower. It is the largest room.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are smaller rooms with 1 sink and shower in each room.

1 GB internet service is provided. The houses have high end flooring, appliances, & granite countertops.

Guests have access to the entire house and the shared parking and green space behind the houses.

This is the 7th house in the Wrights Point Subdivision. It is the 2nd on the left in the group of 6 houses. It is a safe neighborhood across the street from the medical and dental school. There is a fence and gate surrounding each side of the subdivision.

There are 11 houses in this subdivision which has 2 sides. This house is on the right side.

To get to 1455, turn into the driveway to the right of 1439, then turn left into the parking area. This is the 5th house on the left. Enter in from the back door to the left of the 2 car garage.

There is additional parking behind the garage (2 per house) along with greenspace and 2 picnic pads with a table and charcoal grill.
Please take care of the house like your own.
Max occupancy is 8. No more than 12 guests at a time.
No parties are allowed.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am.
If the neighbors are not respecting this, call us or 911.
