This cozy condo features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, comfortable living & dining room area, and a gorgeous patio with privacy fence & fire pit. Quiet community with a tranquil courtyard.

Park conveniently steps away from your back gate entrance and walk through your scenic private backyard which leads to your fully stocked kitchen. The bright and airy kitchen compliments the dining area which contains a seated table for 2 that can expand to accommodate up to 4 guests. The spacious dining and living room layout provides great views of the flatscreen television (an Amazon Firestick and wifi may be able to be provided if requested at time of booking and at least 2 weeks prior to check-in arrival). Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a walk in closet containing utilities (ironing board and iron), guest bedroom, and bathroom. Both bedrooms contain hangers for storing garments. The linen closet will contain a set of 8 towels that can be washed and dried (if needed) in the complimentary washer and dryer located on the first floor inside the unit.

Although we enjoy ourselves a good Cohiba, SMOKING is PROHIBITED inside the condo.

NO PETS allowed. There is a pet boarding facility nearby if needed.

A full size air mattress is available upon request to accommodate up to 2 additional guests.

Summerville is a warm and inviting neighborhood bound to steal your heart with its southern charm. The area has attractions for just about anyone in your travel group.

For seasoned and up and coming wine connoisseurs Toast Wine and Beverage is a great place to grab a Napa Valley or Italian made wine.

There are plenty of dining options in the area including highly rated French Market Grille, Sheehan's Irish Pub, Arsenal's Tap Room, and other eateries within walking distance. You are only a 10 minute walk from the Surrey Center, a three-level shopping center with fining dining and trendy boutique shops. Be sure to indulge in country cooking at Honey From the Rock!
