The only good thing about the hotel is the location near the train station and the staff. The mattress and pillows were horrible and the bathroom was like an airplane restroom.

We stayed one night while traveling between cities. The room was comfortable and quite. The staff was friendly. This place was super convenient as there is a postal office next door, eateries, banks, trains, buses and a convenient parking garage for a discount price.

We stayed at the Rugs Hotel in Augsburg because it was convenient to the places we planned to visit. The train station was right there for going into Munich for Oktoberfest, and it was only a couple of hours' drive from Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Our only complaint was that the gasket on our shower door did not keep the water from leaking out all over the bathroom floor. Hopefully, since we told them about it, they will fix it for the next guest.
