THE WONDER.
Very nice house completely renovated, located in the heart of the village and 30 meters from the sea.
70 m2 livable on 3 levels. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children (15 years maximum).
Fully equipped open kitchen, lounge / dining room with a TV and a wood stove for evenings by the fire (purchase of wood possible at the gas station Ambleteuse, open 7/7 days of 7h to 20h), open on a landscaped courtyard with possibility of communication with the neighboring house, identical, for stays with family or friends.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with double bed 140 cm with TV and shower room, 1 bedroom with 2 children's beds (max 55 kgs) bunk, 1 bathroom with sink and bath, separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, 1 attic room with TV, 2 single beds of 80 cm, possibility to join them for 1 double bed of 160 cm.

The arrival on site is scheduled between 16h and 20h. We have a supplement of 15 € for any arrival after 20h, on Sundays and public holidays.
Possible rental of household linen (bedding + bath) - 15 € / person.
Deposit on booking + Deposit: 300 € - Compulsory final cleaning: 80 € (+ intermediate cleaning possible).
THE SEA SEA is rented for the entire week during school holidays (France and Belgium). Pets are accepted with the prior consent of the owners. Waste must be brought to the different containers of sorting at the end of the stay.

We offer a second house, terraced and perfectly identical, with the possibility of opening the communication between the houses by the inner courtyard, to accommodate groups of up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children).
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Regional Natural Park of the Caps and Opal Marsh. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

No need to travel too far from Calais.
Brilliant location-easy access to the wonderful interesting beach with its huge boulders, rock pools and sand. A modern, fresh, welcoming house. A well equipped kitchen with ample cutlery and crockery. Easy free car parking in the street. Great selection of nearby restaurants as well as ‘take aways’ and local fishermen selling their catches from their homes. Audresselles was a lucky find and so easy to get to from Calais.

Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Mooi, licht en schoon huis. Zeer complete inrichting. Locatie is perfect, je loopt het straatje uit en je bent op het (kiezel)strand. Kruidenier voor heerlijk brood en boodschappen om de hoek en een fantastisch restaurant Le petit Bonheur tegenover het huis. Leuke dorpjes in de buurt. Top!

Maison super sympa
La maison d'Elodie est très belle, lumineuse, moderne et pratiquement meublée. Nous étions trois adultes et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans la maison. C'était le mois d'avril, partiellement orageux et froid dehors, et le chauffage réchauffait tout rapidement et confortablement. Nous aimerions revenir, même pour un séjour plus long.

Mooie omgeving maar te klein voor een gezin met 3 grote zonen.
Het huisje in Audresselles springt eruit qua inrichting. Het rustige koertje met deur naar buiten is ideaal voor het stallen van fietsen en is een aangename plek om te eten. Binnen is het allemaal extreem krap bemeten. Gezellig met 5 in de zetel kan niet, daarvoor is er gewoon te weinig zitplek. Zelf losten we dat op door een zetel van het terras binnen te halen ‘s avonds. Verder zijn er veel te weinig glazen en tassen. Misschien zijn er in het verleden een aantal gesneuveld en niet aangevuld? Dit is echt een minpunt! Zowat alles is Ikea, ook de matrassen en die leken van mindere kwaliteit. Geen aanrader om lang op te slapen. Het had allemaal iets ruimer gemogen. Een badkamerdeur van nog geen 60cm breed is echt wel smal. Nu, we hebben schitterend weer gehad, dan is de beperkte ruimte veel minder een probleem. Tof om een week te verblijven maar de volgend keer zoeken we iets groters met betere matrassen.

Schlichtes Haus in gemütlichem Örtchen
Lage: Eigentlich perfekt . Mitten im Ort, aber dennoch ruhig. Alle Notwendigkeiten für den Alltag sind vorhanden. Nur einige Meter zum Strand. Gute Erreichbarkeit größerer Orte. Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Haus : Sehr klar und strukturiert möbliert und angeordnet. Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen dort und wir haben uns alle gefragt, wie es in diesem Haus mit sechs Personen ( für die es angeboten wird) funktionieren soll…. Die Zimmer sind zwar schön und auch sauber, aber sehr klein und zweckmäßig. Es gibt keine richtigen Schränke für die Garderobe und auch keine Ablagemöglichkeit hierfür . Man muss schon improvisieren. Vor allem bei Aufenthalten länger als eine Woche. Der Flur der mittleren Etage wird sehr von Türen dominiert, die zum öffnen das Schließen der anderen erfordert. Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Etagenbett hat uns zwangsläufig als Ablageort für Bekleidung gedient. Das Obergeschoss mit zwei zusammenschiebbaren Einzelbetten ist klein, ist aber ganz gemütlich. Leider auch hier kein Platz für Garderobe. Die Küche ist sehr schön und modern, aber auch hier zu wenig Stauraum für sechs Personen. Die Kochtöpfe sind für diese Personenzahl zu klein und die Anzahl der Kaffeetassen ist mit vier schon mit drei Personen zu wenig. Ebenso fehlt es im Wohnraum an Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Innenhof ist für die Sommerzeit sehr gut nutzbar, könnte für meinen Geschmack aber etwas netter gestaltet sein. Er ist sehr zweckmäßig und auch hier sind die Sitzmöglichkeiten für sechs zu knapp. Geeignet ist dieses Haus maximal für ein Ehepaar mit zwei kleineren Kindern. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und der Concierge war sehr gut und wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub! Trotz aller Kritik haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden in kleiner Personenzahl auch wieder hierher kommen.

Appartement bien situé et bien aménagé.
La propreté des sols est à revoir, obligé de passer l’aspirateur en arrivant dans toutes les pièces, dans la sdb il restait des poils et des cheveux. Facturer 80€ de ménage et être obligé en arrivant de le faire ce n’est pas très sérieux.

La maison est compacte et très agréable et se trouve dans la rue principale d’Audresselles qui est un petit village avec sa côte sauvage fantastique! Il y a un bon restaurant en face de la maison. Claire et Loick sont très accessible et sympa!

Juste en face d'un restaurant donc parfois bruyant le soir, mais très bien situé par rapport à la plage et aux commerces. Il y a un marché le lundi matin et la voiture ne peut pas rester stationnée devant la maison. Il fallait le savoir....

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir haben das bestens durchdachte Haus sehr genossen und jeden Morgen die superleckeren frischen Croissants vom kleinen Dorfladen geholt. Abends könnten wir in der prima ausgestatteten Küche gut kochen. Strände und Küstenwege laden zu vielen Wanderungen ein und boten unseren Hunden prächtig Platz zum Toben und Spielen. Die Museen in Calais und Boulogne sind ganz ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und auch die „Concierge“(?) war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir Erden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr ordentlich und gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Audresselles ist ein nettes Fischerdorf, dass aus einem Dornröschenschlaf geweckt wird. Von der Wohnung aus kann man die umliegende Küste und das Hinterland gut erkunden. Wandern kann man in der Gegend hervorragend. In Audresselles kann man sich sehr gut versorgen. Bäcker, ein kleiner Laden und einige Lokale sind vor Ort. Kleiner negativer Aspekt waren die Ameisen, die immer dann kamen, wenn irgendwo etwas zu Essen rumlag.
