Update July 2024: The direct neighbour’s house construction in front of the pool has almost been completed on the exterior building as updated in the exterior photos (on the listing). Some low scaffolding remains on the left of their building, not obstructing the main views from the house balconies. Interior construction continues. Hence, some noise from the work site is expected.

✧ Be respectful to the house and neighbours, with no disturbance to the neighbourhood. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host's decision, regardless of policy and booking in place
✧ A form of government ID along with a selfie is required by the host
✧ Pool should be left pristine as when you check in. If the pool is left dirty and unusable after a guest's stay, loss of income for the affected nights and cost to revive, the pool will be claimed fully by the guest.
✧ Kindly be aware that our pools and spas adhere to a predetermined maintenance service schedule. Our team might be present on-site during your stay to guarantee that these amenities are maintained to the highest standards for your enjoyment. We did enjoy our stay, however a couple of comments were the pool does not have a view as stated, and would have been great if there were more pantry staple items, like salt ... etc ,few more basics would have make cooking more easier .
