On Friday no water in room and garbage not emptied and walked passed male attendant thanked him but he didn't smile or reply also our bags were delivered to the wrong room on arrival took nearly 1 hour to get our bags We are happy with hotel and will be back

Received a free room upgrade which was a very pleasant surprise. Was able to drop bags early before official check in, which were in the room when we came back in the afternoon. Great service from the luggage concierge and reception.
