Located in quiet and serene Kumeu, in a secure gated residence community, this luxurious villa is the perfect place for a family vacation, for up to 11 persons. With 4-5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a home theatre, a large lawn, a massive private pool and a fantastic hot spring spa/jacuzzi, plenty of outdoor chairs and furniture and everything you need or want for a pleasant stay among family and friends.

It is a great location, close to the centre of Kumeu, 15 minutes away from Muriwai Bay, and 35 minutes from Auckland Airport.

We have over 20 chairs and a big quality gazebo for guests to set up outdoors.
