Needs a make over. Not just my room but others too. Found wine glass not clean, hairs on rug, no where to put things in bathroom, no towel rails or hooks.

Curtain missing, dirt and grub stuck down a very rough couch, ants in the kitchen, cupboard not level and door wouldn’t close, dining chairs missing. Wouldn’t stay there again. Only good thing was its location.

Do not waste your money at this Motel
Rayland Motel is a terrible motel to stay at. The receptionist was not friendly, the room smelt musty, there was a hole in one of the walls, the table was old and held together with blue tac😳, the blankets were old and thin and the worst part was when I got into the bed there were bed bugs😡. We stayed there for 2 hours and I couldn't stand it anymore so we left. The Sebel hotel is right next door and I wish I had booked there instead. Whoever owns the Rayland Motel really needs to invest some money into this place because it is old and run down and I would not recommend the Rayland Motel to anyone.

Great for the price. Absolutely lovely lady at front desk when we arived. Comfortable stay and the only downside for me was the shower needs an upgrade asap! Other than that our room was clean and tidy.

This place is very convenient to Rainbows End, shops, food places and the airport. It took us a lap to find it. The sign is faded and it is up a little drive next to a smorgasboard resturant. Silly me didn't notice the air con. I was looking for a heater and we had a cold sleep. It could do with some work but then it might not be the good price it is. Big room. We would stay here again.
