Oneroa Escape is a beautifully restored 1920s weatherboard home oozing with character and charm and complete with all the modern conveniences expected from a premium Waiheke holiday home. The property is pet-friendly.

Set-in well-established grounds, a long flat lawn area at the back of the house is perfect for kids-games, with plenty of shade provided by long established fruit trees that are dotted throughout the section.

Just 5 minutes stroll from the house you will reach the flat sands of Black Pool beach and the picturesque Esplanade and you are just 10 minutes stroll to the centre of Oneroa Village, making this is a great place to enjoy a family summer in the sun. Being so well located, a car is optional with a great public bus service running from Oneroa all the way to Onetangi.

Facing north-east, the house catches all day sun and the upstairs veranda is a great place to sun-bathe, read a book, meditate or enjoy a family meal with wonderful views over the surrounding scenery.

Upstairs you will find the kitchen, lounge and dining area offers a large dining table, perfect for special meals and comfortable lounge furniture. For entertainment there is high-speed internet, and a large monitor and sound system allows you to plug in your own devices via HDMI or audio jack. Please note that this property does not have a traditional TV, so if you like to watch movies or TV be sure to bring your own device.

The well-appointed kitchen is complete with large fridge-freezer, modern stove-top, oven, microwave and all the basic pantry items you would expect from a family home.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are all located on the ground floor, which means they remain cool on even the hottest days. The large master bedroom has a huge California king bed and well appointed en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and has doors opening onto the back garden. It is complete with a split king bed that can become two singles. The laundry facilities are also located in this room. The third bedroom is the smallest, but still has plenty of space for one with a comfy single-bed.

This is a high quality family home in a wonderful location and will create many happy memories for anybody who stays here.
