The room was clean, neat, and comfortably sized. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport. Breakfast selection was not very extensive, but it was still decent and enjoyable. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture from the hotel staff in folding swans on our bed to celebrate our anniversary — it was a lovely surprise. It would be even better if each room were equipped with a safe deposit box.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. However the photos of the breakfast shown on the hotel description are completely misleading. There was minimal choice and only instant coffee. It was raining outside so we ordered dinner from the hotel kitchen. The meal took almost an hour to arrive. The chicken salad was cold curry chicken (which was not written in the description). I was not in the mood for curry and it upset my stomach all night.

This was an excellent choice of hotel to stay between flights at AKL. The room was spotless, staff very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was much appreciated. The setting, on the edge of the nature reserve was an unexpected bonus. Easy to access using the Yellow Bus.

Courteous and helpful front desk. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent location near Auckland Airport with a few decent restaurant options 4-15 minutes’ drive away. A really thoughtful amenity is the luggage-weighing scale in the lobby. Great idea. Great value for money with breakfast included.
