Barely average, wouldn't choose again.
The mirrors were dirty though they looked like an attempt was made to wipe them down. The biggest problem was the location though. The shades on the windows would not block out all the light and when I woke up at around 4am I couldn't get back to sleep because something was bright outside both windows in the room. If I had it to do over again I would not choose this hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to book into our room which was clean, comfortable and had a jug and microwave. We stayed 2 nights. The neighbourhood felt safe and shops were within an easy walk. I would stay there again.
