A great weekend away in Auckland, the hotel was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again. We included breakfast in the price and the range of food suited everyone. It was quite quiet which was a surprise being in the heart of the city.

Brand new, clean & nice. Breakfast was nice, too.They take $100 of my account no matter what when we check in and refund $100 when we check out. I found this system a bit weird and unnecessary. Normally other hotels just get your card details but doesn't charge anything...we had to wait to get refunded as many people were checking out in the same time. I was impressed with their pillow menu. We requested two lavender pillows but they didn't smell of lavender at all. That's was other let down but overall it's a nice hotel in great location.

Such a clean, fresh nice hotel! Comfy bed. Big bathroom. Good curtains for it to be dark in the morning which we loved! The only two down sides were we were in a room right by the elevators and you could hear them running all night and the breakfast in the morning was so understaffed.. not as much food as there should be but everything else was fab!
