A Super Comfortable Stay

We were 2 couples in Auckland for the SailGP from the Hibiscus Coast. The Hotel is well presented, a beautiful fragrance greets you as you walk into reception. A few issues with the parking arrangements for us so we opted for the Sky City Car Park, a short stroll away. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with plenty of storage room. We were on the 9th floor so quite a nice view of the Harbour. The bathroom is spacious with great water pressure and a lovely big walk in shower. A king size bed and pillow choice gave us a great nights sleep. We did not partake in dining or breakfast so no comments there. But did use the in room coffee and tea making facilities. Overall a great stay, it represented great value and we would def book there again.

Nice rooms and check in staff were great. Close to Sky city and other attractions. Breakfast options in the restaurant were very limited and the egg cook was not a people person. Shower was terrible, no pressure and warm water lasted about 5 minutes.

A fantastic hotel, super comfortable rooms of a high specification. Beds really comfortable, really quiet, especially noting Central location in the CBD.

Great hotel. Great service. They offered. $10 voucher for eco cleaning selection or avoiding towel replacement during the stay. We opted for it but the voucher was never provided and there was no attempt by the front desk to reduce charges by the amount.

Beautiful hotel, but the front desk was frequently overwhelmed with the traffic. Lovely buffet breakfast and very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay , delayed by 35 minutes waiting for my deposit of €200 cash and we needed to get yo airport. Knowing the checkout time and I thought this was unacceptable. Plugs by bed did not work and the tv did not work but we did not let them know until leaving about this but I’m sure they were previously advised .
