Convenient airport location, great for families
Convenient location close to the airport. Parking is free. Rooms are spacious and sufficient facilities for our family of 4. But of a mix up on check in with room not being available but quickly rectified. Our kids ate free with 2 paying adults which is great value. Staff in the dining room were very friendly. Thanks for a good stay.

great place
a great place to stay. bed was so comfortable pillows were the best i would definitely stay again. Was a little annoyed first night i couldnt add my room service bill to my room told to walk down to pay for it. Kind of defeats the purpose or room service.. but the food we recieved definitely made up for it. Food and coffee was amazing. will book again.

Awesome stay, though short. We stayed close to the airport to give us an extra hour's sleep in. Treated to an upgrade with free breakfast and pre-dinner drink each in the bar for no apparent reason. We were thoroughly thrilled and will definitely stay with them again next time we take a red-eye flight.

Although the property was very clean and tidy, the buildings are outdated and all facilities quite old. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful, making our stay very satisfying.

The Hotel location and price was good for us, suiting our needs perfectly. But the buffet dinner was terrible. $45 per person for a very limited and only luke warm selection. Soup was just warm, veggies limited and also luke warm. Meat dishes were bland and again, luke warm. Our buffet breakfasts were a little better, but sadly our food experiences took the shine off our hotel stay. Would stay at the Hotel again, but would dine elsewhere.

Carpets in the room were very stained and needed a good clean. Only two sets of towels in a room booked for four people. Yes, we could have asked housekeeping for more, but we did not realize the shortage until the third person got out of the shower. Pool area and receptions areas looked nice, but pool was locked so couldn’t use.
